Prior to your session: please send an Unfiltered Self Photo with your name and appointment date/time to Shanell at shanell@defineyourglow.com. This helps her look at your energy and prepare for your session by getting a better idea of what she is looking into when it comes to your health.
This session uses both intuitive energy reading and Reiki to identify physical challenges that are linked to blocks in your energy caused by trauma. By locating the trauma in your energy and seeing how it connects to your physical body, you will gain a new understanding of your health, your energy, and how trauma has impacted you throughout your life.
During the readings, Shanell looks at your energy, to see where they have trapped stress/trauma and then shift to where it has manifested into illness/symptoms in the physical body. She does not diagnose, she connects where you have energetically trapped stress and trauma to where you have physical illness. You do not need to tell her what is going on, she will see it in both their energy and physically. The less she knows the better.
Since she was a child, Shanell has been able to see, hear, and feel spirits, but like we all do, she chose a conventional path of following a career as a banker and single mom doing readings on the side as a hobby. As Shanell's career progressed, she began to realize that it had ben years since she had thought about what truly brought her joy. As she re-evaluated her life, she decided to embark on a new journey - one where she could use her spiritual skillsets to their highest potential.
Shanell launched Define Your Glow in 2017 to help people tap into their inner light, heal from trauma, improve their physical and spiritual health, and connect with loved ones who have passed. Drawing on her innate spiritual gifts and various healing modalities, Shanell is passionate about helping individuals find peace and define their glow in life.
