Enjoy a group Guided Meditation with Crystyl!
Guided Meditation will focus on simple breathwork, centering the mind and grounding the body into deep relaxation. Clients will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm. Meditation is great for reducing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, overthinking, self limiting beliefs and more. It can also help us shake off the noise of our daily life and provide much-needed self-care. This class will also offer some techniques for at-home meditation to help patrons work on their personal practice and connect to their own higher self, spirit guides and more.
Minimum of 4 participants per session. (please note: session may be rescheduled/canceled due to lower than 4 participants signed up)
